Branch Hill House
A Landmark residential development comprising 30 luxury apartments in a prime Hampstead location.
The development was designed by internationally renowned architects Stanhope Gate Architecture. Alireza Sagharchi lead the design team with the approach of creating a contemporary traditional building informed largely by the historic nature of the site.
The scheme successfully responds to the local vernacular, preserves, and enhances the conservation area, and greatly improves the setting of this historically important heritage asset - Branch Hill House. The original features of the historical building are to be retained and carefully restored.
